Fees apply to one employee and the stated scope. A partner may join the household-planning portion of a relocation consultation without an extra fee.
When a separate estimate is appropriate
Some relocations involve several contracts, a board appointment, multiple family work situations or coordination with an employer over several weeks. We first discuss the boundaries in a complimentary 15-minute fit call. If practical support is appropriate, you receive a written estimate based on document volume, meetings and timeframe. Nothing begins until you accept it.
External fees are never hidden inside ours. Translation, certified copies, authority charges, legal advice, immigration representation and tax work are not included.
Booking and payment
After scope and date are confirmed, we issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. Payment is due before the consultation unless an employer has agreed corporate billing. We do not take payment through this website. For cancellation and rescheduling terms, read the refund policy.
A note on value
The useful outcome is not a promise that every part of a move will be easy. It is knowing what your employment document says, which questions remain open, and what to do in what order. If your inquiry needs a different professional, we will tell you before booking.
